Region 5 has developed a number of fact sheets about some Superfund sites in the Region. These fact sheets describe when and how a site is (or will be) ready for reuse. The fact sheets provide information about the reuse activities at the site, the site owner's planning and development process, geographic location, past cleanup activities, and contacts for more information. The fact sheets have been designed be useful documents for site owners, future site users, prospective purchasers, lenders, and developers. Sites are described in four different types of fact sheets, depending on whether or not cleanup at the site is complete, and whether the site is already in reuse. The four types of fact sheets are:
