12/11/02 New Experimental Use Permit - This notice announces receipt of an application 68467-EUP-A from Dow AgroSciences requesting an experimental use permit (EUP) for the plant incorporated-protectant Bacillus thuringiensis Cry1F and Cry1Ac in cotton. The requested number of acres for this plant incorporated- protectant is 2,826. The EUP is for the states of Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, New Mexico, North Carolina, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. Test plants will consist of cotton.

New Active Ingredient Approval
1. EPA issued a notice, published in the Federal Register of May 10, 2000, which announced that Foliar Nutrient, Inc. had submitted an application to register the pesticide product, containing 22.67% dipotassium phosphate and (the registered active ingredient) 20.40% dipotassium phosphonate. This product was not previously registered. The application was approved on September 16, 2002, as Lexx-A-Phos Fungicide (EPA Registration Number 72499-1. The technical grade of the active will be used for incorporation into the end-use product, which is intended to control certain fungal diseases in woody ornamentals, turfgrasses and non-bearing fruits and nut tree crops. This use is classified as a terrestrial non-food application.

2. EPA issued a notice, published in the Federal Register of August 11, 1999, which announced that AVA Chemical , had submitted applications to register the pesticide products, Avachem Sucrose Octanoate Manufacturing Use Product [63%], (EPA File Symbol 70950-R), and Sucrose Octanoate [32.1%], a biological insecticide end-use product (EPA File Symbol 70950-E), containing sucrose octanoate (C8 fatty acid mono-, di- and triesters of sucrose octanoate and sucrose dioctanoate) ([alpha]-D-glucopyranoside, [beta]-D-fructofuranosyl, monooctanoate and dioctanoate), which has since been designated by the Agency as sucrose octanoate esters [([alpha]-D-glucopyranosyl, [beta]-D-fructofuranosyl- octanoate), mono-, di- and triesters of sucrose octanoate]. These products were not previously registered. The applications were approved on September 16, 2002, as Avachem Sucrose Octanoate Manufacturing Use Product (EPA Registration Number 70950-1) for formulating into biochemical insecticide/miticide end-use products and Avachem Sucrose Octanoate [40.0%] (EPA Registration Number 70950-2) for use as a biochemical insecticide/miticide end-use product.

3. EPA also issued a notice, published in the Federal Register of August 11, 1999, which announced that BioSafe Systems, had submitted an application to register the pesticide product, TerraCare Granular, Algaecide, Fungicide (EPA File Symbol 70299-G), containing the active ingredient sodium percarbonate at 40% redesignated as sodium carbonate peroxyhydrate. This product was not previously registered. The application was approved on September 20, 2002, as TerraCyteTM (EPA Registration Number 70299-3) for use as an algaecide and fungicide on ornamental plants and turf.

4. EPA issued a notice, published in the Federal Register of March 8, 2002, which announced that Greenville Farms, had submitted an application to register the pesticide product, Woad Warrior, a herbicide (EPA File Symbol 73417-R), containing Puccinia thlaspeos ``strain woad'' on rust- infected pieces of dyer's woad at 100% and at least 7.6 x 109 teliospores/pound of woad warrior. This product was not previously registered. The application was approved on June 26, 2002, as Woad Warrior containing the rust Puccinia thlaspeos ``strain woad'' as the active ingredient. (EPA Registration Number 73417-1) for controlling dyer's woad, an invasive weed rapidly spreading in several Western states.

11/20/02 Tolerance Exemption Established - This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of the Bacillus cereus strain BPO1 on raw and processed food when applied/used as a foliar applied biological plant growth regulator intended to promote root mass growth, earlier fruit initiation, increased fruit retention, and increased nutrient utilization. Micro Flow Company submitted a petition to EPA requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of Bacillus cereus strain BPO1.
11/07/02 Application for Experimental Use Permit  -  This notice announces receipt of an application 67979-EUP-E from Syngenta Seeds requesting an experimental use permit (EUP) for the plant-incorporated protectant Bacillus thuringiensis Vip3a protein and the genetic material necessary for its production in Cotton. Syngenta Seeds has applied for an EUP for field testing of the plant-incorporated protectant Bacillus thuringiensis VIP3A insect control protein as expressed in cotton plants. The proposed states are Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. The total acreage for this plant-incorporated protectant EUP will be 904.5.

10/22/02 Petition for Tolerance Exemption - EPA has received a pesticide petition 2F06453 from Taensa, Inc., 26 Sherman Ct, P.O. Box 764, Fairfield, CT 06430, proposing to amend 40 CFR part 180 to establish an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for the microbial pesticide Bacillus subtilis var. amyloliquefaciens strain FZB24.
10/09/02 Application for New Active Ingredient Registration - EPA received an application as follows to register a pesticide product containing an active ingredient not included in any previously registered products pursuant to the provision of section 3(c)(4) of FIFRA: File symbol: 74411-R. Applicant: Insect Biotechnology, Inc., 100 Capitola Drive, Suite 307, Durham, NC 27713. Product name: Technical Trypsin Modulating Oostatic Factor (TMOF). Product type: Insecticide. Active ingredient: Trypsin Modulating Oostatic Factor at 100%. Proposed classification/Use: Manufacturing use product for formulation into insecticidal products for mosquito control.
10/09/02 Petition for Temporary Tolerance Exemption - EPA has received a pesticide petition (2G6494) from Mycogen Seeds c/o Dow AgroSciences LLC , 9330 Zionsville Road, Indianapolis, IN, proposing to establish an exemption from the requirement of a temporary tolerance for the plant-incorporated protectant Bacillus thuringiensis subspecies aizawai Cry1F (synpro) insect control protein and the genetic material responsible for the production of this protein in or on cotton.
10/09/02 Petition for Temporary Tolerance Exemption - EPA has received a pesticide petition (2G6494) from Mycogen Seeds c/o Dow AgroSciences LLC, 9330 Zionsville Road, Indianapolis, IN, proposing to establish an exemption from the requirement of a temporary tolerance for the plant incorporated protectant; Bacillus thuringiensis var.kurstaki CrylAc in or on cotton. The plant also expresses the Cry1F protein.

9/27/02 Tolerance Exemption Established - This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of the Pseudozyma flocculosa strain PF-A22 UL in or on all food commodities. Plant Products Co. Ltd., submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996, requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of Pseudozyma flocculosa strain PF-A22 UL.
9/25/02 Petition for Tolerance Exemption   EPA has received a pesticide petition [2F6477] from Certis USA LLC 9145 Guild Road, Suite 175, Columbia, MD 21046, proposing to establish an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for the biochemical pesticide ammonium bicarbonate.  The biochemical ammonium bicarbonate is proposed for use as an insect feeding attractant in the end use product olive fly attract and kill (A&K) target device. Ammonium bicarbonate acts as a feeding attractant to the olive fruit fly (Bactrocera oleae)
9/25/02 Tolerance Exemption Established - This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of certain sucrose octanoate esters on all food commodities when applied/used in accordance with good agricultural practices. AVA Chemical Ventures, L.L.C. submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act (FQPA) of 1996, requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of sucrose octanoate esters.

8/30/02 Application for Experimental Use Permit  -   This notice announces receipt of an application,  69493-EUP-R, from Interregional Research Project Number 4 (IR-4) requesting an experimental use permit (EUP) for the biochemical pesticide sodium metasilicate which is mixed with other ingredients to prepare the end use product known as TRIAD, which contains 2.41% sodium metasilicate. The Agency has determined that the application may be of regional and national significance. Therefore, the Agency is soliciting comments on this application. IR-4 has requested an EUP for a 2 year period, commencing January 1, 2002 to January 1, 2004. The objective of this EUP is to evaluate the use of TRIAD to control insects and diseases of selected fruits and vegetables in a large geographical area on many important minor crops. A total of 3,800 acres per year were proposed to be treated with 15,390 pounds of the active ingredient per year. IR-4 proposed testing in the State of California. Proposed crop treatment sites include almond, citrus, cole crops, stone fruits, grape, and leafy vegetables.

8/28/02 Application for New Active Ingredient - EPA received an application as follows to register a pesticide product containing an active ingredient not included in any previously registered product Product Containing an Active Ingredient not Included in any Previously Registered Product: File Symbol: 070057-R. Applicant: Natural Plant Protection, c/o Technology Science Group, Inc., 4061 North 156th Drive, Goodyear, AZ 85338. Product name: BiomiteTM. Active ingredient: Citronellol (3,7-dimethyl-6-octen-1-ol). The product also contains the already registered active ingredients: Geraniol (2-trans-3,7-dimethyl-2,6-octadien-1-ol), Nerolidol (3,7,11-trimethyl-1,6,10-dodecatrien-3-ol), and Farnesol (3,7,11-trimethyl-2,6,10-dodecatrien-1-ol). Biochemical pesticide to control mites on agricultural crops, ornamental plants, and in professional landscape settings.
8/21/02 New Active Ingredient Approval - EPA issued a notice, published in the Federal Register of 3/21/01, which announced that Monsanto Company, of St. Louis, MO, had submitted an application to register the pesticide product, Bollgard II Cotton (EPA File Symbol 524-LEE) containing the active ingredient Bacillus thuringiensis Cry2Ab protein and the genetic material necessary for its production (Vector GHBK11L) in cotton. Monsanto transformed a Bollgard cotton variety with vector GHBK11L using particle bombardment to add the Cry2Ab gene for full commercial registration on cotton. This product was not previously registered.  The application was approved on June 14, 2002, as Bollgard II, Plant-incorporated protectant containing Cry1Ac and Cry2Ab stacked proteins (EPA Registration Number 524-522) for a 20,000 acre seed increase.
8/7/02 Tolerance Exemption Established - This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of  methyl anthranilate on all food commodities when applied/used in accordance with good agricultural practices. Bird Shield Repellent Corporation submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA), requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of methyl anthranilate.

7/26/02 Tolerance Exemption Established - This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of 1-Methylcyclopropene (1-MCP) in or on fruits and vegetables when used as a post harvest plant growth regulator, i.e., for the purpose of inhibiting the effects of ethylene. AgroFresh, Inc. (formerly BioTechologies for Horticulture) submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of 1-MCP.
7/24/02 Science Advisory Panel Meeting  -  There will be a meeting of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) Scientific Advisory Panel (FIFRA SAP) to consider and review corn rootworm plant-incorporated protectant insect resistance management and non-target insect issues.  The meeting will be held on August 27-29, 2002, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., eastern standard time.
7/17/02 Temporary Tolerance Extension Approval- Aspergillus flavus AF36  This regulation amends an existing temporary exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of the atoxigenic microbial pesticide, Aspergillus flavus AF36 on cotton consistent with the Experimental Use Permit 69224-EUP-1. Interregional Research Project Number 4 (IR-4), on behalf of the USDA/ARS Southern Regional Research Center, submitted a petition to EPA  requesting the temporary tolerance exemption amendment. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of Aspergillus flavus AF36. The temporary tolerance exemption will expire on December 30, 2004.

6/28/02 Experimental Use Permits Granted - EPA has issued the following EUP:   64500-EUP-2. Issuance. AVA Chemical Ventures, L.L.C., 80 Rochester Avenue, Suite 214, Portsmouth, NH 03801. This EUP allows the use of 274 pounds of the biochemical pesticide Sucrose octanoate esters on 100 acres of non-bearing and/or post harvest citrus trees and grapes to evaluate the control of glassy-winged sharpshooter. The program is authorized only in the State of California. The EUP is effective from June 1, 2002 to June 1, 2003.
6/28/02 Clarified Hydrophobic Extract of Neem Oil; Pesticide Tolerance; Technical Correction  A final tolerance exemption for clarified hydrophobic extract of neem oil on various commodities was published in the Federal Register of December 13, 1995. This technical correction removes the reference to the registration number in the text, considered necessary so as not to limit any other registrant. This would apply to anyone who wishes to use this chemical mixture from an alternate source in a pesticide product.
6/26/02 Experimental Use Permits Granted - EPA has issued the following EUPs:     68467-EUP-4, 29964-EUP-2, and 524-EUP-93. Issuance, Amendment, and Amendment/Extension. Mycogen Seeds c/o Dow AgroSciences LLC, 9330 Zionsville Road, Indianapolis, IN 46268, Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc., 7250 NW 62\nd\ Avenue, Johnston, IA 5013, and Monsanto Company, 700 Chesterfield Parkway North, St. Louis, MO 63198. These EUPs allow the use of the plant-incorporated protectants Bacillus thuringiensis Cry1F protein and the genetic material necessary for its production (from the insert of plasmid PHP 12537) in corn (moCry1F corn) and Bacillus thuringiensis Cry3Bb protein and the genetic material necessary for its production (vector ZMIR13L) in corn.
    The EUP issued to Mycogen Seeds c/o Dow AgroSciences allowed the planting of 354 acres of field corn.
    The EUP issued to Pioneer Hi-Bred allowed the planting of 140 acres of field corn.
    The EUP amendment for Monsanto lifted the crop destruct requirement of the Agency's April 27, 2001 4,000 acre EUP approval. The EUP amendment/extension for Monsanto allowed the planting of 9,400 acres of field corn.
    These EUPs are effective from April 5, 2002 to April 30, 2002 for Monsanto's amendment lifting the crop destruct provision for the 4,000 acre EUP, from April 10, 2002 to February 28, 2003 for Monsanto's 9,400 acre EUP amendment/extension, April 10, 2002 to March 31, 2003 for Mycogen Seeds, and April 10, 2002 to April 30, 2003 for Pioneer Hi-Bred. Tolerance exemptions have been established for residues of the active ingredients in or on field corn, sweet corn, or popcorn in 40 CFR 180.1214 and 180.1217.

Notice of receipt of this application does not imply a decision by the Agency on the application. Product Containing an Active Ingredient not Included in any Previously Registered Product:     File Symbol: 70127-E. Applicant: Novozymes Biologicals, Inc., 111 Kelser Mill Road, Salem, VA 24153. Product name: Novozymes Biofungicide Green Releaf T 710-140. Active ingredient: Bacillus licheniformis strain SB3086 at 0.14%. Proposed classification/Use: None. A biological fungicide for use on ornamental turf, lawns, golf courses, turf farms and ornamental plants as a preventive or curative treatment for several fungal diseases.
6/20/02 Hydrogen Peroxide; An Amendment to an Exemption From the Requirement of a Tolerance; Technical Correction   In the Federal Register of February 28, 2002 (67 FR 9214) (FRL-6822-7), EPA revised an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of the biochemical hydrogen peroxide. In the SUMMARY and the codified text, a phrase was inadvertently omitted. This document corrects those errors. On page 9214, third column, the first sentence of the summary is corrected to read as follows: ``This regulation establishes an amendment to an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of the biochemical hydrogen peroxide in or on all food commodities when applied/used at the rate of ≤ 1% hydrogen peroxide per application on growing and postharvest crops.''
6/12/02 New Active Ingredient Approval - EPA issued a notice, published in the Federal Register of September 19, 2001, which announced that JP BioRegulators, Inc., Suite 125, 3230 Deming Way, Middleton, WI 53562 (now called Nutra-Park Inc., 8383 Greenway Blvd., Suite 520, Middleton, WI 53562, had submitted applications to register the pesticide products LPE E94T (EPA File Symbol 70515-E) and LPE-94 20% Aqueous (EPA File Symbol 70515-R) containing 94% and 20% lysophosphatidylethanolamine, respectively. The registrant subsequently submitted a lower concentration formulation with 10% LPE and 90% other ingredients for 70515-R. These products were not previously registered. The applications listed below were approved on March 26, 2002 for these growth regulator products containing 94% and 10% LPE and 6% and 90% other ingredients respectively:
    1. LPE E94T (EPA Registration Number 70515-2) for manufacturing use only product.
    2. LPE-94 10% Aqueous (EPA Registration Number 70515-1) for enhancing product ripening in the field and increasing shelf life of fruits, flowers and vegetables, an end-use product from the above manufacturing use only product.

Applicant: AgraQuest, Inc., 1530 Drew Ave., Davis, CA 95616. Product Name: QST 2808 Technical. Active ingredient: Bacillus pumilus Strain QST 2808 at 2.0%. Proposed Classification/Use: Manufacturing use.
5/1/02 Extension of Comment Period - In the Federal Register of 3/19/01 , EPA announced receipt of a seed increase registration application from Monsanto Company, 700 Chesterfield Parkway N., St. Louis, MO 63198 to register the product Event MON 863: Corn Rootworm Protected Corn (ZMIR13L) containing the plant-pesticide Bacillus thuringiensis Cry3Bb protein and the genetic material (Vector ZMIR13L) necessary for its production in corn. Monsanto subsequently modified their application for full commercial use and EPA announced receipt of the application on 3/19/01. The original comment period ended on April 12, 2002. The comment period is being extended to May 31, 2002. Proposed Classification/Use: None. For full commercial use.

4/11/02 Tolerance Exemption Established - This This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of the biological pesticide lysophosphatidylethanolamine (LPE) on all food commodities when applied/used in accordance with good agricultural practices. Nutra-Park, Inc. submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996, requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of LPE. This regulation is effective April 11, 2002.
4/10/02 Experimental Use Permits Granted - EPA has issued the following EUP:     7501-EUP-3. Issuance. Gustafson LLC, 1400 Preston Road, Suite 400, Plano, TX 75093. This EUP allows the use of 2.290 grams of the technical active ingredient contained in 114.54 grams concentrate of the fungicide Bacillus pumilus GB 34 to treat the soybean seed to be planted on 67 acres to evaluate the control of the fungal diseases Rhizoctonia and Fusarium. The program is authorized only in the States of Arizona, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wisconsin. The EUP is effective from March 1, 2002 to February 28, 2003.

Applicant: Thermo Trilogy Corporation, 9145 Guilford Road, Suite 175, Columbia, MD, 21046. Product name: Olive Fly Attract and Kill (A and K) Target Device. Type of product: Pheromone/attractant. Active ingredients: Ammonium bicarbonate at 12.8% and 1,7-dioxaspiro-(5,5)-undecane (Spiroketal) at 0.2%. Proposed classification/Use: An attractant that is used in an attract and kill device that is used to attract and kill the Olive Fruit Fly in olive orchards.
3/25/02 Application for Temporary Tolerance Extension - EPA has received an amended pesticide petition PP 5E4575 from IR-4, proposing  to  extend the temporary exemption from tolerance for residues of the non-aflatoxin-producing microbial pesticide Aspergillus flavus AF 36 in/on cotton. This amended petition is filed by IR-4, New Jersey Agricultural Experiment Station, Technology Center of New Jersey, Technology Centre of New Jersey, North Brunswick, NJ  on behalf of the USDA/ARS Southern Regional Center, New Orleans, LA. The amendment seeks to extend the current temporary exemption from tolerance to include cotton treated with A. flavus AF36 in 9 counties in Texas.

Product Containing an Active Ingredient not Included in any Currently Registered Product: File Symbol: 56872-E. Applicant: Gardens Alive, 5100 Schenley Place, Lawrenceburg, IN 47025. 2/28/02 Tolerance Exemption Established - This regulation establishes an amendment to an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of the biochemical hydrogen peroxide in or on all post-harvest agricultural food commodities when applied/used at the rate of  1% hydrogen peroxide per application. Biosafe Systems, Inc. submitted a petition to EPA  requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of hydrogen peroxide.
2/27/02 Petition for Tolerance Exemption  EPA has received a pesticide petition [1F6271] from Bird Shield Repellent Corporation, of Pullman, WA  proposing to establish an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for the biochemical pesticide methyl anthranilate for all food commodities.
2/20/02 Application for Experimental Use Permit Amendment -   This notice announces receipt of an application from Monsanto Company to amend/extend their EUP number 524-EUP-93  for the  plant-incorporated protectant Bacillus thuringiensis Cry3Bb protein and the genetic material necessary for its production (Vector ZMIR13L) in corn plants. (see the Federal Register of July 27, 2001 ) to allow for additional testing until February 28, 2003 on up to 9,400 acres in Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
2/20/02 Experimental Use Permits Granted - EPA has issued the following EUPs:  68467-EUP-3, 68467-EUP-5  Issuance. Mycogen Seeds c/o Dow AgroSciences LLC, of Indianapolis, IN for the plant-incorporated protectant Bacillus thuringiensis 149B1 and the genetic material necessary for its production (from the insert of plasmid PHP 14352) in corn and Notice of the receipt of application of these EUPs were published in the Federal Register on March 7, 2001. On October 12, 2001, the EUPs were issued. EUPs issued  allowed the planting of 19 acres each of field corn to evaluate the control of Western and Northern corn rootworm; and to do breeding and observation. The programs are authorized only in the States of Hawaii and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. These EUPs are effective from October 12, 2001 to March 31, 2002. The permits have been issued with the limitation that all treated crops will be genetically contained and destroyed or used for research purposes only.

Notice of the receipt of application of these EUPs were published in the Federal Register on March 7, 2001. EUPs issued  allowed the planting of 16 acres each of field corn to evaluate the control of Western and Northern corn rootworm; to do breeding and observation, and to do hybrid production for research or regulatory studies. The Pioneer Hi-Bred programs are authorized only in the States of Hawaii and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. These EUPs are effective from October 12, 2001 to March 31, 2002. The permits have been issued with the limitation that all treated crops will be genetically contained and destroyed or used for research purposes only.

01/09/02 Tolerance Exemption Established -  This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of the Indian Meal Moth Granulosis Virus (IMMGV) on dried fruits and nuts when applied/used as a microbial pesticide to control the Indian Meal Moth (Plodia interpunctella). AriVir, LLC. submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA), requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of IMMGV.
01/03/02 Petition for Tolerance Exemption EPA has received a pesticide petition 1F6244 from Nutra-Park Inc., 8383 Greenway Blvd., Suite 520, Middleton, WI 53562, proposing to establish an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for the biochemical pesticide Lysophosphatidylethanolamine (LPE) in or on all food commodities.
