Jacoby Management, Inc. has completed the Project XL demonstration of the Atlantic Steel Redevelopment project it initiated under the September 1999 Final Project Agreement. The Project’s Final Project Agreement for the project expired in 2009 and the Atlantic Steel Redevelopment Project XL is now officially closed. Monitoring requirements triggered by the Atlantic Steel Transportation Control Measure included in the Georgia State Implementation Plan still continue to exist after the end of Project XL project.
