Eco-Ambassadors

"International ecoAmbassadors work to improve communities around the world."

The newly established Memorandum of Understanding between EPA and the Peace Corps enables Peace Corps volunteers around the world to carry out EPA's mission of protecting human health and environment. International ecoAmbassadors participants support the EPA’s work through community projects and initiatives while serving with the Peace Corps.

EPA provides technical assistance to International ecoAmbassadors to support environmental projects during their deployment.

Together, EPA and Peace Corps will work to produce tangible environmental and human health results in vulnerable communities abroad.
