March 31, 1988 Transmittal of OAQPS Interim Control Policy Statement 8.25

The memo provides final Interim Control Policy for developing compliance schedules that require replacement or upgrading of existing air pollution control equipment. During the interim period, interim controls that may be more effective in reducing emissions may be installed, if no delay results in installation of the final control equipment.
