Corporation (ABC) 12.1
A source is required to undergo review
for offsets when constructing or
impacting nonattainment areas, and is
subject to PSD review under attainment
areas. Alabama By-Products Corp (ABC)
impacts an area in attainment for SO2 and
nonattainment for particulate matter, ABC
coke battery #4 must undergo both a PSD
review for SO2 and an offsets review for
particulate.
