February 6, 1990 Determination of Lowest Achievable Emission Rate for Coors Container Corporation Canline CX3 26.12
Because LAER is determined for each modified emissions unit, each emissions unit at Coors Canline CXB that has an increase in emissions due to the major modification must have an independent LAER determination. These LAER determinations must be based on a comparison of emissions from other similar operations on a normalized basis.
