The initial final authorization for Louisiana includes the State’s authorization for the Federal program as in effect March 20, 1984 (i.e., through Revision Checklist 5). The Louisiana Base Program includes identification and listing, characteristics of hazardous waste, generator requirements, transporter requirements, facility requirements, interim status requirements, permitting requirements, biennial report and manifest.
