The redevelopment of a Superfund site can involve numerous considerations throughout the cleanup and redevelopment process - even before cleanup begins. Superfund Redevelopment in Region 5 has identified and made available a wide array of tools, resources, and services - intended for a broad range of audiences - to help you gain a better understanding of your site and opportunities for redevelopment. Summarizes tools and information to help guide decisions regarding the redevelopment of Superfund sites. This includes comfort/status letters, RfR Determinations, grants to establish or enhance community involvement in Superfund site cleanup, and liability protection.
