July 21, 1978 PSD Permit for Marblehead Lime Company 4.5
The Marblehead Lime Company will not be allowed to amend its PSD permit of 1/3/78, for its proposed new kiln, which would entail an increase from 1200 tons/day to 1600 tons/day, to be offset by closure of old kilns. The increase amounts to a major modification (33 percent increase) and a new permit would be required even if the new kiln had already been completed.Notebook Entries: 11.1
