March 26, 1987 Request for Guidance in Drafting a State Implementation Plan (SIP) Deficiency Notice for Michigan's Nonattainment New Source Review (NSR) Program 3.26

A dual source definition is considered to be more stringent than EPA's minimum requirement, and, therefore, an NSR regulation that includes a dual source definition requires no demonstration for EPA to approve the SIP revision.
