New Source Review Policy on Averaging Times for Production Limitations
2.26
The policy described in the March 13,
1986, memo on maximum allowable averaging times for production and operational
limitations shall not be applied to emission limitations, rather it applies
only to production/operational limitations. This memorandum further distinguishes
between EPA's policy on averaging times for production limitations versus
emission limitations, and clarifies the proper implementation of the March
13, 1986, memorandum.
