April 28, 1990 Issuance of Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) Permits in Attainment Areas where Violations Have Been Modeled 10.49

The attachment to this letter provides procedures for issuing PSD permits in areas with modeled violation(s) both to sources with no significant impacts and to sources with significant impacts. In the latter case, procedures for processing the associated SIP revisions are also discussed.
