August 3, 1981 Appeal Procedures for PSD Permits Under the Consolidated Permit Regulations 10.24

Under permitting procedures for PSD, Service of Notice occurs upon the mailing of the notice (of permit decisions). An appeal may be filed written 30 plus 3 days from the date of notice or from some later date as specified in the notice.
