August 9, 1989 LAER Determination for a Previously Constructed Source 26.10

Final LAER determination is not made until issuance of a final permit for a source constructed previous to permit review. The initial LAER assessment is made at the time of the completed application, and takes into consideration any technologies, practices, or SIP limits in effect as of the date of the complete permit.
