April 8, 1977 "Interpretative Ruling" Application to the relocation of an existing asphalt 23.1
The relocation of an existing asphalt concrete plant may or may not be subject to the interpretive ruling depending on the emissions well controlled asphalt concrete plants which emit less than 100 tons per year will not be subject to PSD. However, if any larger asphalt concrete plant (greater than 100 tons/year) should relocate, it will be subject to the interpretive ruling.
