Modeling Emission Baselines 22.2
In order to protect the short term ambient air quality standard in a case where a proposed new boiler is designed for use on low sulfur #2 oil with a standby capability of burning higher sulfur #6 oil, the State should base the analysis of the source on higher sulfur content #6 fuel oil.
