The information posted on this web site is a supplement to the data presented in the above paper published in Ecosystem Health. I have included a table of key values (Table A1) needed to calculate the emergy signatures for the 3 estuaries and a list calculation notes that corresponds to the numbered notes on Table 2 of the published text. For completeness I have also included a copy of Table 2 from the published text here listed as Table A2. Addtional information on the calculations can be obtained from the author by sending an e-mail to campbell.dan@epa.gov.
I am also posting information on the calculation of the three emergy indices using data from the Crystal River, FL power plant monitoring work carried out by the University of Florida, Systems Ecology Group during the 1970's and 1980. This information is offered in both HTML and Microsoft Excel formats.
