EPA Goal 3: Cleaning Up Communities and Advancing Sustainable Development |
Purpose
HUD provides flexible grants to help cities, counties, parishes, and states recover from presidentially
declared disasters, especially in low- and moderate-income areas.

Develop plans, procedures and standards to respond to major hazardous substance and oil releases caused by weapons of mass destruction
