EPA Goal 3: Cleaning Up Communities and Advancing Sustainable Development |
Purpose
National Preparedness Directorate (NPD) is responsible for leading the Nation’s
efforts to enhance preparedness to prevent, protect from, respond to, and recover
from disasters, natural and manmade. NPD strives to achieve a Nation prepared
through a comprehensive cycle of planning, organizing and equipping, training,
exercising, evaluating and improvement planning.
