For information regarding emerging and existing air pollution prevention and control technologies, including Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT), Best Available Control Technology (BACT) and Lowest Achievable Emission Rate (LAER), as well as public access to data and information on their use, effectiveness and cost, you can contact the Clean Air Technology Center (CATC). The CATC can also provide information on permit requirements at stationary air pollution sources and related federal air pollution emissions standards.
