The EPA sought comment on the Clean Power Plan Supplemental Proposal to address carbon pollution from affected power plants in Indian Country and U.S. territories. This document outlines the categories in the supplemental proposal for which we requested input, and includes the Federal Register page numbers where the information can be found. The comment period for the supplemental proposal closed on December 19, 2014.
