Dr. Michael McDonald was the last Director of EMAP. He was responsible for implementing the EMAP research plan and ensuring that it played a leadership role in tailoring the EMAP methods to quantifying ecosystem health at regional scales and assessing the impacts of multiple stresses on ecosystems.
