Regional Methods Program (RMP)
Projects under the RM Program are limited to measurement-related problems that the regions face when implementing Agency programs and for which near-term solutions are needed. The regions are invited to identify their most critical methods problems, and priority will be given to addressing those whose solutions will have the widest applicability and greatest potential to measure environmental outcomes resulting from Agency actions. Project prioritization and nomination under the RM Program are done collectively by the Regional Science and Technology Directors. Project proposals are accepted once a year and are reviewed for funding under the RM Program. The highest rater projects are selected for funding based upon merit and available funding.
