Nevada Division of Environmental Protection ARRA LUST Assistance Agreement
Date Cooperative Agreement was awarded: July 9, 2009
Amount of Assistance Agreement: $1,266,000
Summary of Work: Nevada has identified a short list of sites that are tentatively identified as eligible to receive LUST Trust funds (leaking petroleum undergrond storage tank with out an owner or operator who is able or willing to assess and cleanup the release).The state is amending an existing contract and is putting the contract authority and state work program in place to allow the state to for expend the ARRA funds. NV expects the contract and work program authorities to be in place by the middle of September.
