Hawaii Department of Health ARRA LUST Assistance Agreement
Date Cooperative Agreement was awarded: July 28, 2009
Amount of Assistance Agreement: $1,317,000
Summary of Work: Hawaii anticipates the contract mechanisms for conducting work on the first site will be in place by mid-October. The State has identified 3 potentially eligible sites and is in communication with the site owners regarding the use of Recovery Act funds to assess and cleanup the sites. In addition, HDOH is following all appropriate administrative and procurement procedures to expend the funds in accordance with state procurement regulations.
