This rule corrects errors in the hazardous waste and used oil regulations, as a result of printing omissions, typographical errors, misspellings, citations to paragraphs and other references that have been deleted or moved to new locations without correcting the citations, and similar mistakes appearing in numerous final rules published in the Federal Register. This final rule does not create new regulatory requirements. - July 30, 2003 – Final Rule – Recycled Used Oil Management Standards
