A plant emission summary for the 1996 NET inventory is
available in data base (FoxPro2.6) format. The structure of
the file is:
FIPPST: FIPs state code
FIPSCNTY: FIPs county code
PLANTID: plant ID
PLANTNAME: plant name
SIC: standard industrial classification code
VOC_ANN: annual VOC emissions (tpy)
NOX_ANN: annual NOx emissions (tpy)
CO_ANN: annual CO emissions (tpy)
SO2_ANN: annual SO2 emissions (tpy)
PM10_ANN: annual PM10 emissions (tpy)
PM25_ANN: annual PM2.5 emissions (tpy)
NH3_ANN: annual NH3 emissions (tpy)
VOC_OSD: ozone season daily VOC (tpd)
NOX_OSD: ozone season daily NOx (tpd)
