The county emission summary is available in data base (FoxPro
2.6) format. The structure of the file is:
FIPSST: FIPs state code
FIPSCNTY: FIPs county code
POLLUT: pollutant name
POINT: non-utility point source emisssions (tpy or tpd)
UTILITY: utility emissions (tpy or tpd)
AREA: area source emissions (tpy or tpd)
MOTOR: highway vehicle mobile source emissions (tpy or tpd)
OFFHIGHW: off-highway mobile source emissions (tpy or tpd)
TOTAL: total county emissions (tpy or tpd)
Emissions are annual (tpy) unless pollutant name indicates ozone
season daily (tpd). VOCOSD and NOxOSD are the daily emissions.
