The Base Program authorization for New Mexico includes the State's authorization for the Federal program as in effect July 26, 1982. The State Authorization Tracking System (StATS) database indicates that New Mexico's base program authorization by EPA Headquarters also includes revisions to the State's program for Federal final rules published from January 28, 1993 through March 20, 1984 (Revision Checklists 1 - 5); however, EPA Region 6 has not been able to locate official documentation supporting this authorization.
