Summary Of Work: The outcome of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (Recovery Act) LUST Trust Fund Cooperative Agreement Work Plan will be leaking underground storage tank sites cleaned up to levels necessary to protect public health and the environment and allow reuse of contaminated properties, while creating and/or preserving jobs. Assessment and site rehabilitation activities will be conducted at over 65 LUST sites where the tank owner/operator is unwilling or unable to undertake necessary actions or where the site is an orphan without a viable owner/operator.
