- a partnership of ten states united for recycling market development.
Northeast Waste Management Officials' Association (NEWMOA)
- a regional organization coordinating interstate hazardous waste, solid waste, and pollution prevention activities. NEWMOA is working to improve state understanding of C&D generation, processing, capacity, end-use markets, and interstate flow, and to develop beneficial uses and management strategies.
