Lowell and Boston Youth Participate in Summer Job Program and Learn Environmental Skills |
![]() A group of students from YouthBuild's Boston and Lowell program worked with EPA staff to plant close to 300 plants in a rain garden along the entry drive of EPA’s New England Regional Laboratory. Rain gardens are depressed areas in the landscape that collect and filter water from roofs, driveways and other hard surfaces and filter out pollutants.
