Currently being displayed is an abridged version of the EPA New England QMP customized for OSRR Project Managers and CORs conducting work under EPA contracts including Fund-lead work. The following QMP Sections describe the roles, responsibilities, mandatory training and procedures associated with ensuring QA requirements are met for all environmental data activities funded through EPA contracts within OSRR.

Key QA Responsibilities and Activities for projects involving environmental data:
- Complete QA Review Forms (QARFs) for new contracts and when ordering services under existing contracts per most recent OSRR Contracts QA Policy memo (PDF) (9pp, 130 K, about PDF)
- Provide signed copies of QARFs to RQAM
- Ensure QAPPs, Sampling and Analysis Plans (SAPs), amendments and addenda are generated, reviewed and approved prior to beginning data collection activities
- Forward a copy of completed QA Project Plan Approval Form to RQAM
- Oversee implementation and corrective action responses
- Maintain QA documents including QAPPs, amendments, technical assessments, corrective action responses and Final reports in the administrative record
- Verify project results meet Agency expectations
