City of Fort Bragg Municipal Improvement District Number 1 Inflow and Infiltration Repair Project

The City of Fort Bragg has requested $241,000 from EPA to assist in a project to locate and correct points where storm water is entering the City's wastewater collection and treatment system. The proposed project is considered a repair and replacement of existing City services. No expansion of services or increase in capacity is proposed.

Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact

The City of Fort Bragg and EPA have prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA) for this proposed action. EPA has determined that there are no significant environmental impacts associated with this project and has prepared a Finding of No Significant Impact (FNSI). Public comment

EPA issued a notice of the availability of an EA and a FNSI for the City of Fort Bragg's I&I Repair Project on Thursday, August 6, 2004, and will accept public comments until September 6, 2004. Please submit comments to:
