Suggest following:

If more then two insectides are for the same target insects one should be allowed to be sold to the PUBLIC the lesser one toxic should be chosen(depending on LD50)
The useage of weedkillers should be banned for PUBLIC application
The useage of NATURAL insecticides (such as PUR EPERYTHRUM/DERRIS/SOAPS/NICOTINE/SULPHUR) should be promoted
The useage of NATURAL predators/parasites should be promoted
Natural fungicides should be promoted
The useage of SYSTEMIC pesticides should be banned The above only for garden and domestic use.
