Sustainable Water Infrastructure Video and Case Studies
Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Relations
Local Government Advisory Committee (LGAC) (FACA)

Description of activity:   The DVD delivers its message well because it features five local officials explaining to their peers how they successfully met the needs of their communities for sustainable water infrastructure.  The staggering costs of maintaining and improving water and wastewater systems challenge local leaders in practically every American community. There are also five case studies with this video from Braman, Oklahoma; Columbia, Missouri; Freeport, Illinois; Gloucester, Massachusetts, and Salem, Oregon.

The LGAC video won the 2007 Bronze Telly Award for film/video.  The Telly honors outstanding film and video productions from all over the world.
