In 2003 EPA issued its Public Involvement Policy. Its foundation is the Seven Steps for Effective Public Involvement. Seven of the ten brochures listed and linked below present easy-to-use information on implementing the steps; three focus on topics of interest to public involvement practitioners. All incorporate ideas people shared in comments on the draft Policy or during the 2001 web-based dialogue, Public Involvement in EPA Decisions.
