Hopefully this E-Mail will go through to the listed recipients.

I recommend that this process include the requirement for development of "Applicability Flow Charts", similar to those that the Special (Batch) Chemical Industry Project in New Jersey produced. Feedback on the charts has been very positive. (I copied Catherine Tunis on this message in the event further details of the charting is needed.)

I believe the charts will improve the "Outreach" and "Dialogue" portions of the process and should be added to the "Methods" listed.

In terms of who should develop the Flow Charts, these should be prepared by rule writers and reviewed by an advisory group.
