Dear Mr. Vrazel:

In an effort to aid the technical review of your Project XL proposal, the Region 6 reviewers have requested additional information. The information needed is:

A list of the NOx and CO emission points at the facility;
The controlling regulations (e.g. SIP, non-SIP, NSPS) and/or permit(s) (PSD permit, state permit);
The actual and allowable emission levels for NOx and CO at these emission points:
The specific regulations you are requesting relief from with your proposal.

We request that you supply the responses to the questions by September 9, 1996.
