This is in response to your Freedom of Information Act Request dated March 27, 1996 regarding EPA's Project Excellence and Leadership or "Project XL" HADCO Corporation Pilot Project.

Enclosed please find all documents in our possession dated between January 1, 1996 and March 27, 1996 regarding the current position of EPA-New England concerning the regulatory status or HADCO's application.
