By your letter dated February 22, 1996, the Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") Region I agreed to provide a full response during the week of February 26, 1996 to the captioned Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA") request dated January 10, 1996. Despite the fact that World Resources Company ("WRC") has attempted to accomodate EPA Region I concerning the information requested, a full response has not been received. I called your office today to discuss the lack of response and have not received a return phone call to update me on the mailing of the captioned information.
