HADCO Corporation Pilot Project
Dear Sir:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. Section 552) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations (Title 40, Code of Federal Regulations, Subchapter A, part 2), I hereby request a copy of any and all documents which relate to or refer in whole or in part, to (1) EPA's Project XL, (2) HADCO Corporation's Project XL application dated July 21, 1995, and (3) the current position of EPA Region I or EPA Headquarters concerning the regulatory status of HADCO's application. This is including, but not limited to, all preparatory material, correspondence or response to or from the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES), all EPA Regions or EPA Headquarters concerning the HADCO application. In addition, copies of any and all documents, preparatory material, notes, correspondence, lists of persons on a call or response to or from NHDES and all EPA Regions or EPA Headquarters concerning the HADCO application. Furthermore, copies of any and all documents, material, phone records and notes subsequently produced by EPA personnel concerning the HADCO application are requested.
The terms "document", "note", "correspondence" and "response" as used herein is used in the broadest sense and means, without limitation, any written, printed, typed, photstatted, photocopied, microfilmed, handwritten, recorded or otherwise reproduced communication or representation, whether composed of letters, words, numbers, pictures, sounds, or symbols or any combination thereof.
This request is continuing. If relevant documents become available subsequent to your response, please notify the undersigned. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter. If you cannot send a copy of the documents requested, I request the opportunity to commence a personal review of these documents and a list describing all documents withheld by EPA Region I or EPA Headquarters which includes the legal reason for withholding such documents.
