9/20/06 Tolerance Exemption Established - This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of Pantoea Agglomerans strain E325 on apples and pears when applied/used as a microbial pesticide. Northwest Agricultural Products submitted a petition to EPA requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of Pantoea agglomerans strain E325.
