LUST Recovery Act One Year Anniversary Stories (As Of February 2010) - Archive

In February 2009, Congress passed the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, which provided EPA with $200 million to assess and clean up releases of contamination from federally-regulated underground storage tanks. EPA and our state, territorial, and tribal partners used leaking underground storage tank (LUST) Recovery Act money to address underground storage tank releases.
