Lori Koen Slavich, natural resource manager at the Bridges Golf Resort at Casino Magic in Bay St. Louis, Miss., receives the first place Gulf Guardian Award in the Business category from Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality's Barry Royals. The awards luncheon was held on April 10, 2000, in conjunction with the 4th Gulf of Mexico Symposium.
