NODA 2007
In May 2000, EPA issued a Regulatory Determination on Waste from the Combustion of Fossil Fuels. Since EPA issued that Determination, additional information on the disposal of CCW in landfills and surface impoundments has become available. EPA is now making this information available for public review and comment. The Agency will consider all the information provided through this notice, the comments and new information submitted on it, as well as the results of the peer review of the draft risk assessment as it continues the follow-up on its Regulatory Determination for CCW disposed of in landfills and surface impoundments.
