Purpose: | To discuss the existing frameworks at the state and federal levels for the regulation of mine placement of CCW, as well as problems and issues currently being encountered in the course of implementing these existing regulatory frameworks. Discussion also focused on future federal-state dialogue on the issues and topics raised during the forum to encourage intergovernmental cooperation, coordination, and information sharing.
