EPA’s Webinars on the Proposed Coastal Rule and Remanded Portions of the Inland Rule for the State of Florida

As explained during the webinars, the webinars were intended to provide the opportunity to learn more about EPA's Rules for the State of Florida as well as an opportunity to submit oral comments on these rules. These transcripts does not represent final Agency action, guidance, policy, or rule.
The Agency held three webinars on the Proposed Coastal and Estuaries Rule and Remanded portions of the Inland Rule. Each webinar was an identical presentation with the goal of giving as much opportunity as possible for members of the public to understand and comment on the proposed rules. These webinars were held on January 22, 23, and 24, 2013.
There is one transcipt file for each webinar. There was not a Question and Answers session for these webinars. Participants were invited to give oral comments after the webinar presentation, however these comments were not responded to by EPA. These comments were submitted to the docket and EPA will be providing formal written responses to these comments.
