EPA will present a proposed strategy to address transboundary pollution in the Tijuana River watershed and answer questions. In accordance with the US-Mexico-Canada (USMCA) trade agreement of January, 2020, we will provide an update on the proposed engineering and stakeholder engagement processes to support a comprehensive solution to this longstanding problem.
